Pirate’s ethical issues:
o Poking on other companies server without permission. (P.1) - Thou shall not use other people’s computer resources without authorization or proper compensation.
o Reading other e-mails. (P.2) - Thou shall not snoop around in other people’s computer files.
o Listening to phone calls. (P.2) - Thou shall always use a computer in ways to ensure consideration & respect for your fellow humans.
o Figured how the firm’s pirate-fighting software works. (P.2) - Thou shall not interfere with other people’s computer work.
o Posted a file that contained the source code for Media defender’s anti-piracy system. (P.3) - Commandment #8 about people’s intellectual output.
o Accessing other computers & browsing files. (P.2) - Thou shall not use other people’s computer resources without authorization or proper compensation.
o He uncovered salaries of the top engineers as well as names & contact information kept by C.E.O. and co-founder Randy Saaf. (P.2) - Thou shall not snoop around in other people’s computer files.
o Grabbed half-years worth of internal e-mail. (P.3) - Thou shall not use a computer to steal.
o Pirate Bay (P.6) - Thou shall always use a computer in ways to ensure consideration & respect for your fellow humans.

Corporate ethical issues:

o Media defender played their prank. (P.10) - Thou shall not use a computer to harm other people.
o Downloaders aren’t thieves, they’re just rabid fans. (P.10) - Thou shall always use a computer in ways to ensure consideration & respect for your fellow humans.
o Record labels would have to stop suing downloaders. (P.10) - Thou shall not use a computer to harm other people.
o If they cannot beat them, they’ll finally have to join them. (P.11) - Thou shall not use other people’s computer resources without authorization or proper compensation.
o Pledging money on a film maker’s site (P.11) - Commandment #8 about people’s intellectual output.
